Inside the back cover is two DVDs, containing 6hrs of video that will take you thru the set of Daoist and Tantric yoga that is appropriate for each season.
These open with a content page. You then click on which element you want, then which part of that season’s work you want — for example – Chan Walk, or Legs, or Salute to the Sun etc.-
then the appropriate video will play.
Inside the front cover you will find 3 CDs, these will take you thru guided meditations, called Yoga Nidra, that will show you where each of the elements are focused in your body and explain their uses.
