Spring Retreat

Date: Monday 21st September to Sunday 27th September 2026

Time: Please arrive on Sunday 20th, so that we can start early Monday morning.

Teacher: John Burke

We work the chakras, the centers of power, from bottom to the top.
One chakra a day for seven days.
You must do every day, each and every Chakra. It is dangerous to leave gaps.
We now have the ability to do the classes online with ZOOM. You would have to ring me on 02 65615272, to give me your e mail address and discuses which classes you want to take part in.
Many of the world’s spiritual traditions work on centers of power within the body. In modern Yoga these centers are called Chakras.
Three of the oldest of these traditions are the Himalayan Gypsy Tantric Tradition, the Celtic “Ladder of Archangels”, each level with it’s own Archangel, and the Aboriginal levels of Bulima, “Ulluru in our Bodies” traditions.
We, the people, and the conscious awareness of the Land, worked together for thousands of years to shape and maintain these independently aware forms, so that together we could maintain the Land that owns us.

In Spring we work these three traditions from the bottom to the top, one center a day for seven days.
As the body expands with the warming weather, this is the best time to generate the internal ‘chakras’, using your own hormonal strengths, from the bottom up, as a gift to the Living Universe.

Mornings

  • We start in the morning with a meditation then 4 hours of physical yoga.
  • 2 hours of the appropriate asana.
  • 2 hours of partner stretches.

Afternoons

  • Theories and therapies. Maintenance and development of each center.

Evenings

  • Evening meditation to clear shape and set each center.
  • Circle meditations based on Ancient Tantric Gypsy Chakras, the Celtic Ladder of Archangels and Australian Aboriginal levels of Bulima.
  • These are the Worlds 3 most ancient traditions that are still active.

Note:
We can do the last circle after mid night Saturday so that you can leave after lunch Sunday.
Please arrive anytime on Sunday 20th to start early Monday morning.
