Works with the internal fires and yoga for the Five Elements.
A Different element of yoga is practiced each day along with partner stretching & prana development
Winter is the best time to work the Ancestral energies.
We do a lot of work on generating the ‘Internal Heat’ which the Tibetans call ‘Tu Mo’, which we then use to access our ancestors in order to modify or change our DNA.

Mornings

  • 2 hours of asana – we do a different element each morning, in the ‘Shen’ or ‘nourishing’ cycle of the Elemental States.
  • 2 hours of partner stretching

In the mornings in Winter we do a different element yoga each day. We start with Water as this is the element that is dominant in this season. The next day we do the life element Akasha or Wood, as Water generates Wood. The next day we do Fire, as Wood generates Fire. The next day Earth, as Fire generates Earth. Then Air as Earth generates Air. On the last day we complete the cycle by coming back to the Winter element Water, as Air generates Water.

Afternoons

  • In the afternoons we do theory and prana sensitivity and development.

Sunset

  • Chi and auric sensitivity.

Evenings

  • Meditations, the Internal Fires and Yoga Nidras.

At night we work on the “internal fires”, what my Tibetan teachers call Tu Mo, which we use to access Ancestral patterns to release any troublesome Ancestral patterns, which will release them from any “Hell Realm” that they might be caught in, and then link to Ancestral patterns that will help us develop. We also use the internal heat to sublimate the “hormones of evolution”, which is also called raising the Kundalini.

Note: Please come anytime Wednesday 24th June 2026 and leave anytime Wednesday 1st July
Or we can do the last circle after midnight Wednesday morning so that you can leave after lunch.
